In place of our popular Quilt Stand, we are offering an online quilt auction, presented by the St. Michael Rosary Society. We have 13 beautiful quilts to be awarded to the highest bidder or available for direct purchase.
• All quilts are made by members of the St. Michael Rosary Society
• Photos of the quilts as well as information on how they were crafted are available on the auction site
• Each quilt holds an estimated retail value of between $300 and $1000
• Minimum bids are set between $200 and $600, depending on quilt size and value
• Auction closes on September 7, 2020, at 3 PM
• Bidding and sales handled by Bidding Owl, a secure, non-profit charity online auction service

We are selling tickets for TWO raffles this year: Labor Day Loot Raffle and Farm to Table Raffle.
Our annual Labor Day Loot Ticket features 13 awards worth over $6,000 in Cash & Prizes! Requested donation for tickets is $2 each or 6 for $10. Featured prizes include:
• Five (5) individual cash prizes of $1,000 each
• La-Z-Boy Recliner, donated by Faller’s Furniture, Clarion
• Wooden Outdoor Loveseat, donated by Lander’s Inc., Lucinda
• Two (2) $100 Savings Accounts, donated by First United National Bank, Fryburg

New for this year, our Farm to Table Ticket features 34 prizes including various cuts of fresh, local meat as well as the grand prize: a live calf or $100 cash! Requested donation for tickets is $1 each. Featured prizes include:
• Grand Prize: Live Calf OR $100 Cash, donated by Sandy Ridge Farms, Shippenville
• Live Piglet OR $50 Cash, donated by Five G Farms, Fryburg
• Half (1/2) of a hog (winner is responsible for processing), donated by J&C Meats, New Bethlehem
• Quarter (1/4) of beef (winner responsible for processing) donated by Eisenman Livestock, Venus
• Potatoes for a year (10 lb. bag US # 1 Red every month), donated by Long Acres Potato Farm, Tionesta
• $25 Gift Certificate, donated by O’Neil’s Quality Foods, Shippenville
• 3 Jars of Country Kettle Jam, donated by J&J Feeds & Needs, Shippenville
• 2 Maple Syrup & Honey Gift Sets, donated by Scenic View Dairy & Produce, Shippenville
• PLUS 25 individual prizes of various fresh, local meats donated by Leeper Market and Twin Hollow Farms of Fryburg!!
All tickets can be purchased online through Bidding Owl (a secure, non-profit charity auction service) at www.biddingowl.com/SMPLaborDayPicnic. Stubs will be entered into the drawing and the return portion of the ticket will be mailed to the buyer. Online ticket sales end on September 5th at Midnight!
Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the Parish Office in Lucinda OR at these local businesses: Smith’s Country Store (Venus), Fryburg Treasure Depot, Montana’s Country Café, Frills Corners Convenience, County-Line Market (Newmansville), Carquest Auto Parts/Weaver Auto Parts, Chris’ Tire Service, J&J Feeds & Needs, Riverhill Battery Warehouse, Hetrick Farm Supply, J&C Meats, Lander’s Store, Vogelbacher’s Service Station, Ochs Building Supply, and Leeper Market.
Tickets will also be available for purchase in-person on Labor Day, September 7th, from 8 AM to 3 PM at the Washington Township Fire Hall in Fryburg.
